    1. What are the refund policies?

    At Bodyrituals, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, we follow a non-refund policy. Most of the items can be exchanged for new products only if the products received are damaged or defected or in case of incorrect order received, we can exchange. Also, the products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

    1. What if you receive a defective /damaged piece?

    We have a dedicated team working tirelessly to provide you with undamaged products.

    But, in case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

    • If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
    • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
    • Bodyrituals team is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
    • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms -
    • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Bodyrituals team.
    • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

    1. What if I receive a wrong order?

    Our client’s happiness is of at most importance to us. We try our best to deliver the best to our clients but in case you receive a wrong order. That item is yours! We will send across the correct order again and the previous order can be kept as a gift from our end.

    1. Time to process return?

    All domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 5-10 business days.

    1. Who will bear the charges of good sent back for exchange?

    Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
